A Henry - excited about the prospect of hockey but not bending the rules or anything that would undo hard work that's been done here in BC - hasn't seen plan yet

Q are there ways to allow families to see loved ones in long term care?
Dr Henry: Don't think that because we couldn't put on a specific date on it yet that there is not one coming - work is being done. But options vary greatly. Numbers today hopeful.

Q - are schools ready with supplied needed for cleaning to ensure protections are in place?
Dr. Henry - the min of education working on that. Says those are the requirements and enhanced cleaning started prior to March break.

Dr Henry says outbreak not declared over until two incubation periods.
1 person at Matsqui transferred to Mtn tested positive. Investigation looking into how he acquired it. Contacts tested. One officer tested positive

Q Will masks at schools ever be needed - esp for staff
Dr Henry: don't see them req ongoing in that setting. Optional if want.
Other measures are more important - fewer kids in same group, staggered times, distance, not touching each other, hand hygiene

Q for places like island with only 1 case - how can you say virus still in all communities?
Dr Henry: With testing quite broadly again - sometimes hard to tell where it came from sometime - we are not out of the woods yet. And outbreaks can pop up.

re summer camps for kids.
Dr Henry says no over night camps - can't happen safely. Both kids traveling from many locations and camps being in remote locations with less access to care. Asking people to focus on day camps.
