i know most of us scroll mindlessly more than we care to admit...despite knowing how toxic our phones can be.
here are some ways you can put the phone down and reconnect:
🏕delete social media apps
💶just fully turn the phone off

🤍have a hot bath/shower
📖shave only if u want to

💗read a book or magazine
