ppl who are ~into~ like working out/weight training/smth like that, how do you go about... getting into that kind of thing...
Like I always see pics on social media of folks who do weight lifting or some other fitness thing and think hey I'd love to be Into That but I don't know how to like... make it into a hobby/interest of mine. Atm my Defunct Depressed brain is like "no I don't want to"
also I have literally zero zip zilch experience with any kind of strength training and wouldn't even know where to BEGIN to start learning how to do it... it seems so complicated and knowing form is so important so u don't hurt yourself
the joys of being raised as a "girl" and having sex separated PE lessons... we just did netball over and over again instead of learning anything meaningful that would help maintain fitness in adulthood. No training on gym equipment, how to build exercise routines...
