PIA A-320 Crash, Assumptions

1- What we have seen that aircraft was unable to maintain its altitude and loss both engine due to bird strike.
2- Fuel starvation ( as fuel is not going to engine).
3- One of the picture shows sign of fire burn on their belly.
Another scenario is that that there was control surface failure and it was caused by Hydrophilic system. In this situation, most probably its going to be engine failure because 1 of the pic ws showin the RAM air turbine depl which means no electricity in the aircraft.
Electricity comes from engines during flight as a main source of power or APU in some cases.
Another assumption that one of the reason it was not maintained its altitude & started going down quickly that all landing gears were down which caused air drag & subsequently helped in +
slowing down the aircraft & losing altitude under its weight dramatically.

Now why this happened we don't know, but it can be easily traced through following steps:
1. Who signed to release the aircraft for departure on this flight.
2.Did the pilot witnessed or realized any issue on this aircraft during flight or it was at the end during landing.
3. Did the pilot mentioned anything from the place of departure regarding suspicious malfunction.
4. Communication between pilot & ATC that it lost two engines
5. what options did the ATC give the pilot in that situation
6. Aircraft maintenance history. Was their any maintenance issue identified with the aircraft.
7. Was there anything noted in lock-book from previous flight.
8. Condition of the aircraft before crash
9. Aircraft while landing and before crash, was it in one piece or in different pieces?
10. Procedure of CAA to confirm release for the maintenance.
11. Distance from airport to the crash scene
12. Authorities cleaned or clear the crash scene.
Future Actions:

1. There should be an investigation who released the aircraft.
2. Review of the CAA procedures to confirm release for the maintenance
3.All fleet of A-320 has to be grounded and they have to be very intensive review on these aircraft's maintenance
4. There should be review on the training of their mechanics to make sure their regular training's.
5. Whether PIA has proper tools for maintenance?
6. Does PIA have enough manpower during maintenance?
7. Does PIA have qualified technicians at outstation airports.
Consequences:

After performing all necessary steps of investigation & it concluded that it was a maintenance issue, most countries will suspend PIA from landing in their airports until PIA improves their maintenance program followed by comprehensive audit as UK & Eu did in Past
We are at the early state of investigation to confirm the cause of tragic crash, however a lot of A-320 pilots reviewed the above mentioned evidence and agree on both engine failures. If it would be true ....question will remain their why both engines failed?
