In the fall of 2012 I purchased a @baratza Encore from @philandseb in #yyc. I thought I was going to get a Maestro, but the Encore (spelling mistake on the box!) was the new guy on the block, so that& #39;s what they sold me.
I just replaced both burrs for the second time, and although the case is showing its age, it& #39;s been a reliable coffee partner for a long time now.
So big thanks to @Baratza for making a quality piece of kit, with the parts availability and customer service to keep it out of the landfill. Nice to see such remarkable quality on a piece of consumer kit. (I promised my wife it would last a long time, and it has!)
