What gives me strength in times of need?
Well this is a hard one me as when I’m times of need often I get very emotional and think of the worse case scenario but that’s just who I am. The things I do also differ depending on who or what has caused me to feel like this....
I find that watching a tv programe you like can help as it distracts you or I’ll rant about it to someone like my carer, boyfriend or my best friend. And baking a fresh batch of cookies always seem to help. But honestly I have never been one to deal with my times on need well...

To talk to other and am slowly being able to talk about things that I struggle with even today. It takes time to trust and feel safe to talk about things but thats okay. I know this is a long tweet but...
