Make the people who degrade you, your strength.

Be yourself even if you will end up being misunderstood sometimes. Say what you have to say.

It is okay to feel depressed, just remember to have hope with you. Don't try pursue happiness, or else it will run from you. The happiness will come for you at the right time.

Anger isn't always bad or negative. There could be positivity coming out of anger. Be there for your friends not only at happy times but also when they need someone to give them advice, give them constructive feedback. +
You don't have to be seen as just a kind person who's always smiling and laughing, get mad when you want to.

Try to stay calm when you're jealous, so you can think in a calm manner. When there's a problem, try talk the problem out in a calm way, so everyone would acknowledge their mistakes. +
But even if you can't always hold your feelings back, that is okay because we are humans. If you don't want to take out your feelings on/next to people, try release it in a way that won't hurt other people.

The moment that you stop pretending will be the moment where you've accepted yourself. But until then, it's okay to overthink and not allow yourself be yourself. That is totally natural! In the long run it will be a good life lesson. It's okay not to be okay.

Many of your worries might be unnecessary, so try not thinking or worrying to much about it. Just go with the flow although it's not easy.

Cockiness is a feeling that you only use to make yourself feel better. Confidence is something that motivates you and gives you energy so that you can grow as a person.

It's okay if you care about the way other people see you. It's not necessarily a bad thing, it can help you improve yourself.

Don't care so much about how other people see you, so you'd be able to show your natural self. Even though it's really hard, try! You don't have to be 100% good.

Be positive! it's okay to be negative sometimes, but being positive is better for your mental health. Thinking positive makes good things happen one by one! Have big dreams and goals even though some people might see those dreams as greedy ones. Be caring.
