But most damning of all, 55% of Conservative voters say he has to go.

The poll also puts @Keir_Starmer virtually neck and neck with Boris Johnson in terms of leadership ratings.

The gap between Labour and the Conservatives has been closing at lightning speed since the start of this pandemic.

And note how a government which hoped to present itself as genuinely caring about the forgotten parts of this country is now perceived as following “one rule for them, and another rule for everyone else” (70% agree).

For those who like their polling details, Daily Mail says the poll was conducted by JL Partners, who interviewed 1,038 adults online yesterday.
