A careful perusal of clause 10 in the said contract unequivocally reserves the use of the name and brand "Cynthia Morgan" to CM and further empowers Northside Ent as the managing company to CM to use the name CM for publication../5

and promotional purposes during the pendency of the contract. Hence the name and brand CM didn't pass to the Company via the contract rather the company was only licensed via the contract to use the name and brand CM in its promotion, publication and enhancements of CM.../6
