Surprise Rufus sighting from the balcony. I managed to get his attention but he seemed very confused about the height separation.

He suddenly had company approaching him from both sides. The ones in front at least did not seem happy.

After some brief tension, they seemed to settle on either sides of the speed breaker.

Turns out the dogs approaching him from behind consisted of two energetic puppies and one nervous adult, possibly their mother. Puppies wanted to play with Rufus and he was delighted to oblige. Probably overjoyed at play company that's less awkward than Bharat.

They also tried approaching the dogs on the other side of the speed breaker, but they made it clear they don't play with children. Ran back to an all tooo happy Rufus.
