Because pure oils are potent, a carrier oil helps to dilute.

Using incenses hand-dipped in essential oils is another effective way to experience the benefits of aromatherapy.

What are a few popular oils & some of their properties?

Lavender - relaxing, stress relief, relieves anxiety, good sleep
Tea tree- wound healing, acne

Peppermint oil- headaches

Lemon- mood booster
