You can go out and meet ONE friend, YES ONE, not two not three, ONE. You must stay outside and maintain social distancing
If you cannot work from home, go to work as long as it is safe to work at your workplace and your employers meet set restrictions
If you need to travel to work, only use public transport if you cannot use another form of transport to get there, if you can walk or cycle, do that instead of using bus’ and train’s.
You can go outside as much as you like for exercise and travel somewhere to get out, you can only travel somewhere as long as you can get home in the same day
Don’t blame Boris when he said in his announcement that he would outline all guidelines in parliament the day after, he did exactly that, and all current restrictions are on nearly every news outlet website including BBC, Sky, http://Gov.uk etc
And if you still find it confusing you dumb and need to grow up
