Husband was out and about in other stores & reported seeing only two people in masks, with this qualifier, "one of them was a 'twig boy'."

If you never watched King of the Hill, you might not understand the reference. "Twig boy": bigoted character named Anthony Page, annoying tightly-wound social worker who thinks Texans are rednecks & falsely accuses Hank.
Anthony Page quote: "Please, Mr. Hill, loud is not allowed"

I can just imagine Anthony saying, "Please, Mr. Hill, unmasked is not allowed."
King of the Hill would be hilarious if still in production and covering all of this madness!
