Watching this trailer again today makes me cry. This trailer why the reason why i decided to give the show a chance and watch it. I'm a middle aged woman and wasn't sure how I'd like this "teenage drama", but i have it a shot.

I was in the pit of a #depression. Let's just say things were really, really bad. Then, on 10/26/19, i found this show, on a complete whim and stroke of pure luck. I watched the entire series straight through, until the wee hours of the morning.

The next day i watched it all again. The day after that, i watched it again. Pretty much every single day i watched @daybreak because it brought me right out of the feeling of not wanting to be here.

I watch the trailer now and I'm taken back to all those initial moments where i laughed hysterically, ugly cried, and remembered the feeling of hope in life. So i cry.

I've been obsessed with the push to try to get a second season out of @netflix . It felt like if the show continued, i also could. The hope of renewal took over, even though the underlying reality was trying to break through that.

I seriously ugly cry over it, simply because it so much for me in just that short amount of time. It helped me make it through the end of 2019.

I kind of still have a little hope it'll be back. Maybe @netflix will somehow come through in the end. Maybe someone will start paying attention to the #Daybreak fanbase and see how many people were saved, just like me.
