Hi @IndiGo6E, why have I been forced to take refund of a canceled (by you) flight into a #creditshell? I need refund of my money into my bank a/c as almost 13,000 are stuck with you!!

@IndiGo6E I will further elaborate on the case. On 22nd May, my txn did not complete due to some error at Indigo, money was debited from my a/c, but no PNR was generated. On enquiring over mail, it was confirmed that there’s no booking against my txn/name/bookingDate.

@IndiGo6E please carefully go through the attached screenshot in the previous tweet. When there was no booking, how come a PNR magically gets generated few hrs ago (26th May) and a few moments later my flight is canceled? #creditshell

@IndiGo6E This is totally not acceptable how I have been forced to keep my refunded amount in #creditshell when, 1: my txn did not complete and PNR was not generated on the day of booking(22nd May) 2: magically PNR gets generated on 26th May and flight gets canceled moments later
