One can simultaneously take the view:

i) media missed the public mood around #Covid19, while

ii) conceding there are more important issues, and

iii) #DominicCummings broke his own rules

There is no need to die on the hill for points 1 & 2, in order to merely dispute point 3

As should be obvious, I believe all 3 points (and have been posting about 1 & 2 since the start) and see no contradiction between believing 1, 2 & 3 while acknowledging that easing the lockdown slowly & boosting our economic recovery, is more important than my anger at Cummings

Likewise, let’s also not aggressively assert point 3, as a defensive rebuttal to points 1 & 2. It is not.
