I am constantly being called over because clients are demanding to speak to a manager.
I'm not the type of manager you want to talk to. Trust me.
We offer a lot of free service for poor pay the least you can do is not yell at us.
"I'm a special case" sure, fine only that's 90% of all our cases. "Other places are doing it this way!" then go to the other place! "You let me use the service last year even though I didn't qualify why not this year?" Really? This is the argument?
In most cases we aren't even saying no to anyone. We are just saying "We're working on figuring out how to make this work and we're almost there. We hope to have it going next week. We will call EVERYONE (all 600+ people) so just give us time".
Even when they're nice about it it's frustrating sometimes. "Well why won't they let you do this or that!" "The stores are opening so why can't you..?" All I'm asking is that you wait for something that isn't life/death.
