I am constantly being called over because clients are demanding to speak to a manager.
I& #39;m not the type of manager you want to talk to. Trust me.
We offer a lot of free service for poor pay the least you can do is not yell at us.
"I& #39;m a special case" sure, fine only that& #39;s 90% of all our cases. "Other places are doing it this way!" then go to the other place! "You let me use the service last year even though I didn& #39;t qualify why not this year?" Really? This is the argument?
In most cases we aren& #39;t even saying no to anyone. We are just saying "We& #39;re working on figuring out how to make this work and we& #39;re almost there. We hope to have it going next week. We will call EVERYONE (all 600+ people) so just give us time".
Even when they& #39;re nice about it it& #39;s frustrating sometimes. "Well why won& #39;t they let you do this or that!" "The stores are opening so why can& #39;t you..?" All I& #39;m asking is that you wait for something that isn& #39;t life/death.
