I don't tweet much, but I watched the video of this absolute psychopath murder a man in public, in broad daylight. This face, that look, I've seen it before. Not just the look of zero empathy, or a man drunk on his perceived power. But a man who is performing for his audience.
This "man" has that look of "oh, you think that's bad, watch me do this and really see what you think about it"
This usually transforms into, "look what you made me do!"
I was married to a man a like that...

He would be annoyed at the neighborhood kids about something, and rather than talking to those children, or their parents, he would instead HURT OUR CHILDREN in front of those other kids. He thought the pain of our children would make the other kids stop misbehaving.
We would buy cases of popsicles in the summer for our kids, and they liked sharing with the neighborkids. But they started taking advantage, and would come ask for a popsicle, and promptly leave when our daughter gave them one.
He told our daughter to stop, but the kids would guilt her. One afternoon while is in the house doing dishes, the next door neighbor girl got our daughter to give her one, and my ex proceeded to grab our 6 year old daughter by her neck and lift her up off the ground.
The kids were notified that he was coming her in front of them. Their parents called CPS, and they were there within hours, looking for bruises. He wouldn't let them in the house, wouldn't allow an interview. I was terrified of loose my children.
*I'd
They interviewed our children at school, and called me at work. Even though the children and I separately told them of his alcoholism and his tendency to violence, they closed the case because they couldn't find bruises.

This re-enforced to him (&us) that he could do whatever he wanted to us and gave no consequences.
This came up in our divorce, since the children were terrified of being alone with him, but the court said he was still entitled to shares parenting.

The kids are adults now, and will not have anything to do with him, and he continues to harass them.
I know that look on that cop's face, because I've seen it before. It's the look of sheer pleasure at someone else's pain/torture, the victim's AND the spectators'. I hope he gets the punishment he deserves for what he's done.
Sorry for all the typos in this thread, but hopefully the message makes sense
