Okay, I'm gonna grab couple of #AynRand quotes off the Google results or goodreads. I'll add gifs to them. I want to try something like Kuleshov Effect, instead of two sequential shots I'll settle with a quote and a gif. I think text can replace auditory necessity.
"The question isn't who is going to let me; it's who is going to stop me."
"Contradictions do not exist. Whenever you think you are facing a contradiction, check your premises. You will find that one of them is wrong." (Randians might try to fix me by suggesting that her acceptance of social security benefits as a non-contradiction).
"But why should you care what people will say? All you have to do is please yourself."
"Freedom (n.): To ask nothing. To expect nothing. To depend on nothing."
"A creative man is motivated by the desire to achieve, not by the desire to beat others."
"He is free to evade reality, he is free to unfocus his mind and stumble blindly down any road he pleases, but not free to avoid the abyss he refuses to see."
"Let me give you a tip on a clue to men's characters: the man who damns money has obtained it dishonorably; the man who respects it has earned it."
"If it's worth doing, it's worth overdoing."
"The purpose of morality is to teach you, not to suffer and die, but to enjoy yourself and live."
"Integrity is the ability to stand by an idea."
"What is man? He's just a collection of chemicals with delusions of grandeur."
"One loses everything when one loses one's sense of humor."
"I don't wish to be the symbol of anything. I'm only myself."
"Within the extent of your knowledge, you are right."
"Civilization is the process of setting man free from men."
"Don't think. Believe. Trust your heart, not your brain. Don't think. Feel. Believe."
"Wealth is the product of man's capacity to think."
"Any work is creative work if done by a thinking mind."
"We are born into this world unarmed - our mind is our only weapon."
"There can be no compromise on moral principles."
"Don't worry. They're all against me. But I have one advantage: they don't know what they want. I do."
"Everyone has the right to make his own decisions, but none has the right to force his decision on others."
"He had a big head and a face so ugly it became almost fascinating."
"I will not die, it's the world that will end."
I don't know if this effect has worked on everyone. I suggest to read the text as you view the gif. It is supposed to be like music in the movies, to suggest the audience to pick a particular emotion.
