the biggest lie we tell teenagers is that losing their virginity has to be special. the only difference between someone who had a “special” experience and someone who lost theirs in a public bathroom is one of them has a way better story
sex in general is so abnormally stigmatized that people revolve their entire life, self worth and identity around it, when its really not that way. it should not be this big of a deal whether you have it or you dont. it honestly does not define you in anyway shape or form.
it can mean a lot of different things depending on the person, for some its the highest form of connection with another human being, that connection comes from mutual attraction, for someone else its just sex and thats it, you dont get to define someone elses experience.
what makes you a bad human being is really not the number of people you slept with, this argument is so outdated that it has become comical, what makes you a bad human being is how you treat others, its really that simple.
there is no complicated logic behind it, sex is a natural instinct and people can really have it with whoever they damn well please. and if u find yourself paying attention to whos fucking who, if you pay attention to who fucks who, you really are a sad human being, it the truth.
so please, lets all mind our business, when it does not affect you in any single way. instead of sitting around being bitter, try to work on yourself, flourish your own life, find your passions in life, youre only here once. do not keep track of other peoples business.
