There has been no electricity since before 8 in the morning. The temperature soared more than 43 Degrees and we weren't given electricity all because we live in a Rural Area. Is there an answer to justify thiz , which has been happening for many many years now?

There is no water in our tanks, our fans have stopped. We have succumbed to our only choice - A sleepless night, because just because we live in a rural area from a farmer's background, we dont deserve these services as much as the rest. #farmers #IndianArmy

This not only happens to my village in Pathankot Distt of Punjab but to many many villages near and around us. Why do rural areas face such discrimination? WHY CANT YOUR GOVTS. FOR ONCE BE FAIR? WHY ARE YOU SO OBLIVIOUS TO OUR BASIC HUMAN NEEDS?
