BREAKING: The Canadian Armed Forces witnessed some truly shocking scenes at 5 Ontario long-term care homes, which they detailed in a report to the federal government.

Premier Doug Ford's office released the report i full this afternoon.

Among the findings:
Some residents had been bed bound for weeks, were not changed out of soiled diapers, were not turned over in beds, were not bathed for weeks, and had wounds that were not properly addressed.
Residents were sometimes force-fed leading to audible choking, some residents were asleep with food left in their mouths, others who refused to eat were not offered help.

One resident, at Orchard Villa in Pickering died as a result of improper feeding according to the CAF.
Some homes were infested with roaches, and flies.

Rotting food was found in resident rooms, with piles of plates left outside it.

Staff were also untrained, moved between rooms without changing PPE, often saw infected and uninfected residents wearing the same PPE.

Some supplies were also under lock and kept and staff reported a culture of fear to ask for proper equipment.
