Abortion is the only atrocity we seem to be okay with covering up. This is ONE reason why I seriously have no issue with people using graphic images.

Pro Choicers talk about everything under the sun EXCEPT abortion & we entertain it.

What do the images do? Yes, they’re disturbing and can certainly shock- but in reality it focuses the conversation. It’s not about foster care. It’s not about the death penalty. It’s abortion

People are going to be upset. Duh. You know what else makes people upset? Being Pro-Life. I’m sorry but being against abortion at all pisses people off too so you may as well do something effective

They’re not going to be right in every single scenario but these photos have an impact & it’s not just shock value.

Why did Emmet Till’s mom want an open casket funeral? Why do we show people Holocaust victim photos?

“But it’s not the same” actually it is. If you believe the unborn are people & by extension abortion is murder, then you should have no issue with those photos being shown to expose the injustice

How about a recent example? Were these photos not okay? #prayforAleppo

So should we avoid using all pictures of anything that might trigger someone? Should we avoid showing pictures of children who have died in Syria, Rwanda, and the Holocaust because it may trigger a mother who lost a young child?

I’m not trying to be heartless here. Y’all just need to be consistent one way or the other
