Mom of 6 children-7 month twins, 14/13/10/6 yr olds. Escorted out of home by Sheriffs. Non profit org in charge stated they were owed $100 in back rent. Mom calls crying, stating Ab Works told her to drop children off at @KidsKottageYEG and go find a shelter. I'm all over this!

1/UPDATE. Sent an email to managers with AB works. All 6 children/mom have to leave the motel paid for with her child tax money & go onto the street. Child Welfare will get them a cab to Expo Centre, that's it. The way Expo is, I wouldn't send any human being there #Abpoli #yegcc

2/Mom is afraid to go there due to COVID and medically fragile twin babies.
