the butter taste is SO STRONG that if you use it in buttercream, your buttercream will taste ONLY like butter no matter how much sugar you put in it

a BITCH to brown
there's so much water/moisture in it that is just pops in my face whenever i try to make browned butter
she's ayt, wldnt reach for her if i see her on the shelves
