When will we live in a world where black bodies no longer have to fear being black bodies?

I want to publicly address this tweet and apologize for directly offending anyone for using the term “black bodies.” In no way was this message meant to dehumanize black lives by using the term “bodies” over “human beings” .. That’s pretty much the last thing I wanted to happen.

I’m not perfect, and I sure as hell don’t pretend to be. Educational moments like these are very important to me. I am always open to discussions and hope that conversations like these keep happening. Feel free to dm me for any more thoughts about this thread.
