Things that can be fixed with “sensitivity training”
- potential for lawsuits against orgs that have 0 interest in curbing the insensitive behaviour
- general lack of employment prospects for the professionally sensitive
- bulging wallets of earnest white women w/low self-esteem
...is anyone actually saying that the woman in question needs sensitivity training or are we just preemptively refuting a dumb and as-yet hypothetical suggestion?
