the way hope has changed really irks the fuck out of me. i’m so confused like why do that. i miss her outbursts. i miss her being the strongest most feared witch alive. i miss her werewolf side. i miss everything that i thought hope was supposed to be before i watched legacies.

her character is almost horrible at times. it’s so hard to watch. how is she taken down so easily? especially when she means to hurt the person she’s fighting against. all they have her doing is basic witch spells. we’ve seen her in wolf form like one time. i want her to be more

connected with that. why isn’t she?? they treat her as if she isn’t a tribrid. the whole show is so toned down it doesn’t even make any sense. i refuse to believe that. they force her to keep all her emotions bottled up inside which is weird because that’s not how she was on

the originals. she was childish a little, defiant, angry, actually showed more than just one emotion. idk how long it’s been since both of her parents died i can’t really remember right now. but that was a cause for most of her outbursts but even before then she was different.

@julieplec i would really like an explanation. we’ve had two seasons of hope being a side character when she IS the main character.

ps this isn’t me hating hope. she’s one of my favorites. even though it may come off that way. i just want her to be stronger like she was explained to be many times. remember when dalia or whatever her name is said she would be much worse than freya was in her anger ??

like when freya was hope’s age she was still burning down whole villages and shit. this really doesn’t add up. like this is the biggest most annoying plot hole i’ve ever seen if you could even call it that
