@ASPNorthSom to whom it may concern. As this picture shows there's people sparing outside of the gym in Coker Road BS22 6BX & have been for several days.
The gym itself doesn't appear to be open but these sparing partners at the gym are violating the terms of the licence....

That license to trade clearly states that all gym equipment and activities are to be confined inside the unit with doors and windows closed.
This condition is a requirement because they are disturbing the peace and quiet enjoyment of the neighbouring homes if they're outside...

The gym in question states on its website it's closed. So what is really going on.
Given that technically this is a street fight albeit with what look to be boxing gloves.
I can't say if the vehicles are those of the sparing partners but they appear to be the same as yesterday.

This thread will be deleted when something has been done to stop the disturbance and noise nuisance from these sparing partners. As believe it or not ot sounds like they are within a couple of meters of our home, yet you can see its a distance away from us...

I strongly recommend that an undercover vehicle is despatched to observe, record and if necessary issue covid-19 fines or arrests...

I'm aware that professional sports have been aloud to train again, but to my knowledge that doesn't include private gyms that are normally open to the public or does it?
And in any event the council must use their powers and in this instance revoke the licence to trade...

Because they appear to have members or would be members violating the rules and they are NOT monitoring or educating the members to stay away until contacted with a sate when they can lawfully attend.

As you can see the photo is out of focus, especially on the people sparing for their privacy as best as I was able.
This thread is mainly in the hope that the police will do something that either moves the sparing partners to a more suitable location or stop them for now.
