#KillingEve THEORY: IDENTITIES OF THE TWELVE
Don't need V to be a keeper, they've hinted at the truth of who the 12 are via motifs of "music" and "dance" throughout s3... Final episode with dance title means reveal is COMING. But I pieced it together for you below:

(Each individual member of the Twelve has been connected to a particular one of Villanelle’s kills, as you’ll see below. From the books we know the Twelve VOTE on kills together but I believe each of them “nominates” kills personally... as I will explain:)

1. RACHEL BERRY - de facto leader of the 12; tensions with other members over “solo” potential. She wanted the piano player dead for accompanying her cover of “Don’t Cry For Me Argentina” in the wrong key.

2. FINN HUDSON - the charisma, the “face”. Nonthreatening friendly facade; though he wanted Zhang Wu dead for stealing his breakfast burrito

3. MERCEDES JONES - secret powerhouse; her connections afford the Twelve extra resources. She wanted Carla De Mann dead for selling her a bad batch of perfume

4. ARTIE ABRAMS - wunderkind and tech guru for the Twelve; wanted the golf course man dead for not having proper accessibility ramps at his company

5. TINA COHEN-CHANG - head of the assassin training department for the twelve - Helene answers directly to her. She wanted wanted Victor Kedrin dead for his misogyny.

6. KURT HUMMEL - the head of fashion for the Twelve - designs all of Villanelle’s outfits - he wanted Frank Haleton dead for the crime of how he dresses

7. QUINN FABRAY - the head of virtue for the Twelve, keeping up appearances of being above board. Wanted the spice seller dead because she prefers bland food.

8. NOAH ‘PUCK’ PUCKERMAN - the head of chaos; makes sure all of their goals stay consistently obscure and inscrutable. He wanted the clown guy dead for throwing children a fun birthday party

9. SANTANA LOPEZ - head of lesbianism; it’s her job to find vulnerable young gays they can mold into assassins. She wanted Anton the handler dead for being homophobic

10. BRITTANY S. PIERCE - head of nonsequiturs - she comes up with random unexplained statements and dangling plot threads to confuse anyone who tries to investigate the 12. She wanted the scottish guy dead for taking the elevator instead of the stairs

11. MIKE CHANG - Head of smooth moves - choreographs the metaphorical “dance” of chaos and also makes sure the assassins DON’T know how to dance so they never have control. Wanted Cesare Greco dead for being italian.

12. MATT RUTHERFORD - head of ???. Probably the true puppeteer behind it all. Keeper of Keepers. What are his motives? Wanted Konstantin dead for reasons unknown, then hired him back, also for reasons unknown. It’s HIS fault the Twelve make no sense.
