The last part made me sad. We often forget na before getting the job, it was dream job of someone. Nung nakuha niya na, siguro super saya nung taong yon. Then nagtrabaho siya. Kaso his/her works got backlash. There are people na di kaya maghandle non. Imbis na mamotivate +,
Nado-down pa sila lalo, so nangyayari bumababa yung quality ng work. Andoon kasi yung anxiety and pressure to please the other people. Na imbis na passion niya yung umiiral, nagiging pressure sa sarili. Nado-down siya kasi sa tingin niya s/he's not enough. Na di enough ginagawa +
niya. That kind feeling doesnt just hurt, it feels like its killing you inside. Napapa-question ka sa skills mo. Ano ang dahilan? Hurtful words of other people. Mas madali maging kritiko ng isang bagay kaysa bigyan ng puri, kasi para sa atin mataas tayo & mataas ang expectations+
Pero did we ever think of giving applause and encouragement sa mga tao behind the work? To encourage them to do better next time. From "ampangit ng gawa mo" "youre not doing tour job right" to "Nice work today, pero I know may better ka pang kayang gawin! Kaya mo yan" and +
"Cute ng effects and editing, pero mas maganda rin if lalagyan pa ng *ganit ganyan*". Instead of putting people down, encourage them to do better. Di kasi lahat ng tao namomotivate sa hurtful words. May nagiging rason yan para magdowngrade ang quality ng ginagawa nila+
Sometimes we just need to encourage others, to lift their spirits up. Kasi tama si Kuya Yani, fraction lang. We only see the finish product. Di natin alam and nakikita ang pre-production and production time ng mga ginagawa nila.

Goodnight. Sorry mahaba, nalungkot lang ako bigla.
