Provincial sources say Blair’s office did not alert the provincial govt to the allegations in the letter from the military until late Sunday night

Have added to other threads but want to make sure this one is clear. PM, Blair and Sajjan's offices did not get the May 14th letter until Friday, May 22nd according to all of them. Military had it previous to that. Minister Blair notified the province late Sunday night.
