1) Why #eLearning is not a democratic solution.

It might be a solution for urban-elite but definitely not for the rural and non-elite students. households) Data - less than 15% of rural Indian households have Internet (as opposed to 42% urban Indian households)

Any institution that plans to go completely online for the next academic year is simply neglecting the vast majority of students.
3) Questions -
1. Isn’t this a form of discrimination? If yes, are there any cases filed in any courts regarding the same?
2. Shouldn’t there be a solid guildlines from UGC/state school education departments to regulate the same?
