just realized how trippy the instrumental is rn and woah, they do a good job capturing what a carnival would sound like in a song

[within you without you] : probably my favorite song from this album!! the intro was kinda half missing... and the dilruba outlining the main melody disappeared :(( you can hear the droning sitar which isn’t really obvious with the dilruba playing. the solo disappeared too </3

[when i’m sixty four] : bassline!! the cute intro is gone doe </3

PAUL’S VOICE IS SO SOFT!! the wind arrangement and the oohs and aahs in the chorus r in the right ear </3

the song sounds so simple w just his voice n the bassline

[lovely rita] : most of the bass is in the right ear </3 and this song has a banger of a bassline

the “lovely rita” chants r in the right ear too wtf i miss them they were so cute

forgot how weird the ending of this song was lmao

[good morning good morning] : the good morning chants disappeared </3

and the weird trumpet thing which made the song quirky disappeared too

[a day in the life] : one of their most beautiful songs. AND I DONT GET TO HEAR JOHN’S VOCALS :) hate it here the vocal shifts to the left in the second verse tho!! amazing

also the drums and the bass are just gone which were parts i absolutely loved in this song :/

[+a day in the life] : the transition from john’s verse to paul’s was just wild. AND NO PAUL VOCALS WTF IM SO UPSET!! this is my favorite part wtf :((

i don’t get to hear john’s or paul’s (i think it was john) ahhs in the beginning but i realized it switches between ur ears :0

[++a day in the life] : the bass and drums moved to the left ear!! and now the guitar and piano are in the right ear!! that’s so smart I never noticed!!!

AND THE FINAL CHORD!! beautiful. art. and now it’s being sustained

[entire album review] : 10/10 that was a masterpiece and i just realized how important every single note and chord was

this was actually well mixed and i didn’t find myself missing parts too much!!

[have i gone insane?] : well no because i feel like there was just enough of each part in each ear

my left ear rates this album 11/10 there is just NOTHING that can top this masterpiece.
