[Possibly] unpopular opinion: Offering remote work is great, but there is 100% value to being in the same physical office / workplace as other members of your team and company. There are a lot of solid remote tools today, but none that fully replace direct human interaction.
Zoom: Everyone can meet and see each other.

In-Person Meeting: Multiple things can happen at once. Side conversations. Body language. An extra level of connection that you absolutely cannot have remotely.
Slack: I can chat with my team anytime!

In an Office: Interaction with my team happens organically, not relying on purposeful communication through a tool. Things are overheard. Things happen on the fly. And also as before, a level of human connection is had.
We as people are adaptable but we are not robots. We cannot rely fully on technology to fill our natural needs to connect with others, and I'd argue that at least an extra 20-30% of excellence on a team can be had by availing of the advantages being together can provide.
