So. . .not to be a dick or anything but. . .all this anti-racist performative outrage online from white folks. . .does this translate to real-life action? Because I was called niggers in my own home full of whites I thought were friends and no one said a word. . .
I'm sure they are the same sort of whites that would be on twitter showing all kinds of outrage but when it counts. . .their feelings of comfort trump everything else. Months later when I asked these people why they remained silent two things were the most prevalent answers.
1) I felt uncomfortable and nervous 2) You're a "strong black woman" and figured you could handle it.

I excused myself from my own party and went to bed. Everyone continued to party. They were mad at me and offended when I brought it up months later saying I was trying to
stir up trouble. So yeah, I don't trust or believe all this online performative outrage because I rarely see it play out in real life. Immigrant getting cussed out? Whites are silent. Black patrons in a store getting admonished over BS? Whites are silent.
