2/5 My actions have not warranted this fear. In fact, the history of how my ancestors were brought here and how they were treated should absolutely require any rationale mind to conclude an alternative perception.

3/5 But this is the cognitive dissonance that I must endure as I try to live in this reality.

But I cannot live if I cannot breath.

4/5 I fear not only for myself but for my daughters, for my nephews, for my nieces, for my brother, for my father, for my friends, and for every other black person that has to endure an existence that has been burdened to the point of death because of the complexion of their skin

5/5 My heart goes out to the family of this man, taken in such a brutal manner. He did not deserve this. #BlackLivesMatter
