RIGHT NOW: A judge in Tallahassee is holding an emergency hearing on unemployment compensation. Plaintiffs are trying to get Judge Cooper to order @FLDEO to pay people immediately.

I'm watching, and I'll let you know what comes out of it. @winknews #floridaunemployment
Big moment:
- Judge has determined this is a separation of powers issue
- He doesn't know if he has the authority to do what the plaintiffs are asking: "How do I fix this?"

@winknews
One of the plaintiffs' attorneys, Marie Mattox, just finished questioning @FLDEO's CFO for more than 30 minutes. At one point he said the system is "not perfect but functioning well."
