1. I gotta tell you the @NBA taking the position that you don’t care if the public has tests to protect themselves as long as you have enough to protect your league is VERY bad optics. And to not cancel if a positive tests sends a very bad message to the public.. @GolicAndWingo
2. How are you going to play in a contact sport and someone who clearly has been around, sweating, and touching other players/coaches tests positive, you’re just going to keep playing? I love and want basketball too but this sends a mixed message to the public
3. And a progressive league like the @NBA needs to and should understand this. You have health officials and governors saying PLEASE don’t do this and if you do come in contact that you need to self quarantine ... the NBA position is contradicting these orders and it looks BAD
4. It’s disappointing to me as an @NBA fan that this is the route they are going to take. Players and the league have a responsibility to be role models.... this isn’t the right move
