Any time there is talk of “reopening”, be it local businesses, schools or sports, I reflect on all the American lives lost so far, but also how black and brown people have been disproportionately affected by coronavirus. https://www.google.com/amp/s/amp.theguardian.com/world/2020/may/25/covid-19-lockdowns-african-americans-essential-workers

I know some businesses are essential and others will start to open back up. But I don’t trust many of our leaders to do it safely. After all, we are just human capital stock right??
