when the unrested meat starts bleeding into the pomme puree
still compulsively watching canadian masterchef and enjoying how it should just be called Not American Masterchef. They try all the same intensity tricks but the bone deep passivity and reserve, crucially neither of these things constitute "manners" btw, just deadens everything
