I urge all my friends to please know this and retweet this. Firstly do not ever buy a refrigerator from @SamsungIndia @Samsung especially their latest curd maker model. They are cheats and they offer pathetic customer service! Can they survive without a fridge in 45 degrees?
We have been calling @SamsungIndia @Samsung them for 4-5 days now. They are making a fool out of us. We understand during a pandemic they are operating with limited staff. But then we asked them to make amendments in their policies during pandemic.
@SamsungIndia @Samsung When u cant send ur engineers to check our fridge within 24hours,then at least allow us to call a local to repair it and dont nullify our warranty.They arent even allowing us to do that.hum kare to kare kya?Warranty bhi void karoge,kisi ko bhejoge bhi nahi?
On Friday we registered our complaint with @SamsungIndia @Samsung They said our case is a priority to them and kept making false promises that we will send an engineer today tomorrow blah blah blah. Today we got a call again from them saying we can't send anybody.
@SamsungIndia @Samsung I urge all my friends to not make any purchase with samsung. We had to stand in log queues to get ourselves these veggies, fruits and food items during a pandemic. Thanks to you they are all rotten now in this scorching heat. We have nothing left to eat now
@SamsungIndia @Samsung When u are unable to send ur engineers withing 24 hours cause of pandemic, then make some amendments in other policies also. Stop harassing us. Stop asking us to send our details to u in your inbox when you do nothing. 'Pls DM us your details' is a joke!
Your biggest mistake @SamsungIndia @Samsung is, you think 'what can these people do? We are more powerful than them' Well No! You never know who is tweeting to you and do not ever underestimate the power of a common woman or a man! Learn to respect your customers!
