After a scant 30 mins with Minecraft Dungeons, it seems like a competent dungeon crawler that evokes Minecraft’s aesthetics in no particularly meaningful way. (Maybe there’s something later on down the line?) I’ll be playing more for sure though.

What I want to know is if C418 did the music. It’s got that wistful, sparse piano feel.

While #MinecraftDungeons may strike a lot of people as a little bit content-sparse, the loot stuff does become interesting.

The really funny thing about #MinecraftDungeons is how the aesthetic “coat of pain” puts me in Minecraft Mode and I compulsively hit the Y button to pull up inventory EVERY. DAMN. TIME
