"Muraho Isabelle, turabamenyesha ko ibisubizo by ikizamini mwakorewe na @RBCRwanda-Lab bigaragaza ko nta coronavirus mufite. Murakoze"

#Thread

My crime? drinking alcohol while waiting for my food at an "illegal" place. Now, If you thought your favourite pub/cosy corner in a hotel is considered as RESTAURANT, think again
Since the beginning of the lockdown I have kept myself informed, been careful about what I do, what I touch, where I go, whom I meet at home or in public. My experience with hospitals is long enough to know #covid19 would be hell to manage considering my medical history.
According to the cabinet resolutions of April 30th 2020, Hotels & restaurants were allowed to operate as usual but close by 7PM, however, the Cabinet Resolutions of May 18th, made no mention about the closing time but the movements were now prohibited from 9pm instead of 8pm.
There are too many unclear measures & policies that were only given by the media. In case you didn't follow them up, I would advise you to #StayAtHome because, you will end up in the wrong place, at the wrong time and be labelled UMUSINZI.
I'd like to say that I understand the work of the @Rwandapolice since the beginning of the pandemic. After all, they are not policy makers, they only enforce them; my request is for Policy makers, @Rwanda_Justice @BusingyeJohns to inform the public about emergency laws in place
