They get 3 meals a day,
6 slices of bread in the morning with peanut butter & Jam,
They used to get sausage & eggs but supplier ran out,
Lunch and dinner they get chicken, beef, a salad and rice or isitshwala,
They also get Mazoe
So food wise they are happy!

The living conditions are ok they said,
There are different groups quarantined there in different sections,
Some of them are ex prisoners,
Apparently “well behaved & a pleasure to live with”
The bathrooms are clean,
Water & getsi wayawaya,
Bathi conditions are ok.

So news is they received 2 quarantinees from nearby villages,
They had snuck into the country from egoli straight home but villagers were like hell no!
Off to quarantine you go!
One quarantinee escaped
But was found & they were told he’s getting 5 years in jail

They said they were tested when they arrived but not for covid 19 for viruses in general,
On the 14th day they were supposed to get tested for covid but unfortunately,
They’ve been told the country has run out of test kits,
So some are now on day 17 but no kits

The group whose testing is overdue got agitated and police had to be called in but all was talked over,
Authorities promised they would do their best to test them ASAP,
Tensions are rising as people want to go home but can’t leave without getting tested

Has the country run out of test kits?
If so what’s the plan?
What will happen to returnees who are due to be released but haven’t been tested?
Will you let them go or will you keep them indefinitely?
Will the Byo lab open again?

They also mentioned the issue of protection
But I don’t want to sound gossipy so I’m not going to share the allegations about certain groups being more active than others blah blah blah,
So I’ll just say please @MoHCCZim they urgently need more condoms out there
