We shall in Anambra State, encourage the establishment of Startup Clusters. Graduates of our digital technology training courses shall be formed in clusters of five or more change seekers/entrepreneurs, to establish and be guided to grow a startup each. The new initiative will

promote the spirit of entrepreneurship especially of our youths and leverage the use of ICT to effect change and provide solutions for problems in the different industries and society at large, create new products, methods and ideas. They will look at problems and come up with

solutions and provide endless streams of value to their companies. Through this, we hope to strengthen the local technology startup community and become active startup hub in Africa. Our target is to develop 5000 Startup clusters in 4 years making us the

largest startup ecosystem in the continent and prominent destination in today’s world of technology. Through this, we will make our youths to be enablers, innovators, achievers and leaders in pushing the State’s development and transition towards a world-class economy

and to become leaders in exporting software, application and IT services.
