1. What are my rights as a Content Creator? You want to ask.

As a content creator whether digital or analogue, there are a number of rights that you have. Broadly speaking they are;

Economic Rights
Digital or E-rights and
Moral Rights. (A thread 👇...)
2. Economic rights affect your ability to make money from your work. These are rights to
* reproduce your work or make copies
* perform your work in public
* adapt your work
* Publish your work.

Second set of rights are digital rights, also referred to as e-rights
3. ...are available to you if your work is digital (whether originally digital or coneverted to digital): digital rights include:
* Right of reproduction
* Right of Display 
* Right to make a work available e.g on a blog or social media 
* Right of telecommunication to the public
4. I.e * - sharing the work digitally via the internet

In Nigeria, the copyright Act does not make express provision for the protection of digital works. Nevertheless recourse may be had to the WIPO Copyright Treaty for protection of such works.

Lastly and importantly is
5. "Moral Right". In a number of countries like Canada, France, Moral Rights are available to all content creators. although in the United States they’re available to only visual artists. These moral rights include:
* Right of Paternity: The right for you as a content Creator
6. .../copyright owner to have your work anonymous, pseudonymous, or put your last name.

* Right of Integrity:you can object to changes that may harm your reputation or keep your work from being wrongfully used. Eg preventing the use/display of your work on a pornographic site.
