I do not agree with this. But I recognize a few things:

1. It is @DrJoeAbah’s opinion, and he is entitled to it.

2. I have the same agency he has to put out my own opinions.

3. It is easier to abuse and disparage a person, than it is to counter with facts and logic. https://twitter.com/drjoeabah/status/1264825557168029696
This is @MrFixNigeria’s own opinion of when Nigeria lost her way:

This is @DemolaRewaju’s more laser focused time stamp:

I see it more from a point of missed opportunities, and for me the biggest missed opportunity was the 1967 Aburi Accord, and Gowon’s decision to renege on the agreements he reached with Ojukwu.
Agenda. Agenda. Agenda.

Everyone has agendas and biases. History is not physics; it is steeped in agenda, bias, subjective interpretations and subjective misrepresentations of ‘fact’.

1967 resonates for me bcos it led to a Civil War members of my family died & lives through.
It resonates because it led to a situation where ‘my people’ continue to be marginalized by this curious contraption of a country.

Some will say 2015 is the worst thing that happened to Nigeria because of Buhari. Some will say it was the best because of a free election.
Anyway, when people put out problematic ideas let’s focus on deconstructing those ideas, not the people. It’s a more convincing argument.

Everyone is entitled to an opinion & to air it.

Well...everyone apart from agents & surrogates of Littlefinger. We should flog those ones 😂
