Is it just me or are early-20s people today ridiculously ripped? I remember at uni that besides a few rowers or footballers, most people were just different degrees of lean or fat. Seems like the kids 10 years below me spent all their teen years in the gym. When did this happen?
My personal uni experience wasn't 'ooh there's a college gym I can go to!'

Like I think half of people I think I just started eating extra meals, midnight cheesy chips, plus unlimited cheap alcohol every evening... and gained 15 lbs on my 18 year old frame.
I feel like I spent the last 5 years of my twenties trying to get into shape again and I'm still not set up in the way today's teenagers will be for life
