after just five days of yeji being announced as itzy's leader, she already showed how much she cares for the members when she hugged ryujin and lia with her jacket to keep her members warm during the dalla dalla mv shooting.

yeji is also known to have a great amount of patience because despite of her members being loud or teasing her, she doesn't get mad at them but instead let them be just like how she didn't mind lia playing with her hair like that during the interview :)
in paris et itzy, yeji helped lia with her suitcase because she was struggling. notice how in the first seconds after she carried her bag she went to lia to help her, and when they were coming up to the 2nd floor, she carried lia's bag after hers.
after yuna rode the plane, she excitingly told yeji about her experience and yeji kept on smiling while listening to the maknae. it's so cute how she swept yuna's hair and patted her back while saying "you did well" 
in a vlive, ryujin told midzys how yeji prepared her a lunchbox with a letter in it before she went to take the CSAT exams. ryujin also expressed how touched she was because of yeji's thoughtfulness <3
before their mma performance, chaeryeong was really nervous and seeing this, yeji held her hand to help her calm down :)

in manila (?) showcase, yeji got a lot of the answers and the crown but she always gave the crown to the other members so they could answer and dance instead
